Share information with community partners by
• participating on a Standing or Project Committee of the Network and sharing your expertise and
  experience (i.e., Service Delivery, Education, Research/Evaluation or Advocacy) click here for forms
• assisting in development and provision a broad system design for hospice palliative/end-of-life care in
   HNHB for improved coordination and integration of services at a system level
• providing support in the monitoring and assessment of community needs
• aiding in the development and promotion of service innovations 
• volunteering your time
